The 2-2-2-2 Method

The 2-2-2-2 Method consists of an eating plan – probably the simplest and easiest "diet” plan you've ever seen. You don't have to count calories, carbs, grams of fat or grams or protein. No food is ever "off limits.” You don't need special shakes or food supplements. You can eat at restaurants without guilt or fear. You can even enjoy a few beers or a couple glasses of wine and still lose weight.
